Delete your account or data
How to delete your MotionCore account and the data linked to it, with or without the app.
Delete in the app
Fastest- 1Open MotionCore and sign in.
- 2Tap your profile photo, then Settings.
- 3Open Edit Profile and tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted right away.
What gets deleted
- Profile: name, username, gender and profile photo
- Body measurements and goals: age, height, weight and target weight
- All workout sessions, reps and statistics
- Battle history and trophy rating
- Bug reports you sent
- Your login details and the account itself
Deletion is permanent. Data is removed from our live systems right away; copies in backups are purged within 30 days.
Or request by email
Send an email with the subject Account Deletion Request from your account's email address to redme.developer@gmail.com. To keep your account and delete only some data, use the subject Data Deletion Request.
Request deletion on the web
No access to the app any more? Send us a request here. Before deleting anything we confirm it by email from redme.developer@gmail.com, and we complete requests within 7 days.
